"Made a mistake but Billy helped to get us back on track. I am very Happy with this State Farm. My rep is Kristen she is amazing! She is so helpful, I have my life insurance and home insurance through them and it has been such a joy to work with them and it has been so easy during the process. If ever I have any questions or concerns Kristen is so prompt to answer and so knowledgeable about helping me make the right decisions for my family. I wouldn't use anyone else when it comes to my families well being."

"With all do respect Tawnya, I personally called and left you multiple voicemails that were not returned. There are multiple ways to pay your bills either online and by mailing them in (in addition to calling our 24/7 payment customer service line). There are also multiple contact attempts made to notify you of late payments well before policies become lapsed. If you can return my voicemails this week, we can easily fix this. "
