"It was very difficult to get an appointment scheduled to talk to Billy because he spends few hours in the office. I picked a date 3 weeks out and confirmed it with the receptionist. I had to take off work because he doesn't take appointments after 3pm. After leaving work early and driving 30 minutes to his office I was told he had already left for the day with no apology or empathy. Staff acted like I was the problem for wanting to meet with him. On top of this my wife and I have been married for 3 years and dispite repeated phone calls asking to change her name on our policies it is still showing up as her maiden name. This agent doesn't care about his policy holders and is just cashing pay checks. Staff have the same attitude. Pick a different SF agent, this one won't help you."

"I appreciate the time you took to leave this review Micah. I've tried calling back a few times with voicemails. Yes, there was a mix up in our meeting time today and I take full responsibility for that. The reason I tell my team not to schedule appointments after 3pm (Only from May-mid June) is because I volunteer my time coaching youth sports in town. The reason for the 3 week wait to schedule something isn't the norm. The past 3 weeks have had me in and out of the state to tend to personal matters but my office was fully staffed during my absence to assist customers. I have 4 licensed and trained Agents that work with me and are fully able to help customers when I'm not available. They did offer to assist you today but you insisted on only speaking to me. Just because I may not be in the office, doesn't mean I'm not present for my customers. Insurance and running a small business isn't a M-F 9-5 as issues happen 24/7 and I'm always available even outside of normal business hours helping with claims, meeting with customers outside of the office, etc. As I stated in my voicemail, please reach out to me and I'd be happy to meet with you at a time and place of your convenience. Looking forward to hearing from you and rectifying this issue. "

"Below you can see my positive review. I am now changing this. I have contacted this office probably 15 times in the past 2 months- called and called- no answer I’m actually so upset. They messed up on my original life policy by not changing my card over. Now I’m have been calling to get a reinstatement over and over- No response absolutely unreliable. I really can’t believe how much effort you have to make to make a payment. We promise we will call you back.. never get a call back. Most the time you call no answer. Just terrible that you have to lose sleep over your life insurance agency. Now it’s going to probably lapse again because of their lack of diligence. Prior review last year- I am very Happy with this State Farm. My rep is Kristen she is amazing! She is so helpful, I have my life insurance and home insurance through them and it has been such a joy to work with them and it has been so easy during the process. If ever I have any questions or concerns Kristen is so prompt to answer and so knowledgeable about helping me make the right decisions for my family. I wouldn't use anyone else when it comes to my families well being."

There are multiple ways to pay your bills either online and by mailing them in (in addition to calling our 24/7 payment customer service line). There are also multiple contact attempts made to notify you of late payments well before policies become lapsed. If you can return my voicemails this week, we can easily fix this. "

"I am very satisfied with Stare Farm. My previous company didn’t allow me to bundle. With State Farm bundle package, I am saving money and the ease of switching was made very easy by their associates!!"

"We were signed up for Drive Safe & Save without our knowledge or consent. This is an app based tracking system that uses a Bluetooth dongle and gives a 10% discount to the policy. It is an opt-in only discount (according to State Farm). On finding out about tracking device, we removed it from our insurance, which then increased the price by 10%. I tried to resolve the issue with Billy as we felt this should have been disclosed to us when we went with State Farm and that the increase shouldn't apply. He blamed miscommunication (two 15 minute phone calls, one specifically regarding policy and discounts) and refused to remove the price increase. Not a nice experience. Additional - Please note the age of the response to this review (being older than the review). There is a reason for this. Update - Washington State office of the Insurance commissioner were involved in this situation."

"We're sorry you felt that this discount was added without your consent. We're glad that your issue was resolved to your satisfaction. Thank you for continuing your business with State Farm. Also, there are two sides to every story but we cannot and will not get into specific details of customer transactions/actions on a public forum. This issue was resolved over a year ago with corrections being made. "

"Was a happy customer but they keep raising my rate for no reason. Then I completely spaced my bill last month and all I got was a email I didn’t see saying I was going to get cancelled. They couldn’t give me a call or something and say your going to get cancelled can you pay your bill? So I’m here the next month trying to pay my bill and see I have no insurance. Great!!! Now I will shop around for a better rate. Other companies actually care about your business to pick up the phone and call you about your bill."

"Don't know, never met him. We did have our insurance threw that office but we have since changed offices. Billy told our new agent he would call us but never did. This office was not the usual we have experienced with State Farm."

"Fantastic Insurance Agents! Super Friendly, very prompt and courteous staff as well as cost affective! We needed to lower our auto insurance expenses for monthly budget and get homeowners on our log home, these agents did it and then some! We have saved over $140 per month on all of our insurance needs over the other company we had been with for 14 years, that was only suppling us with auto insurance. Billy Costello -State Farm Agents did this for us in just 1 phone call- everything was sent up and we have been so happy we have made the move to do business with them! Two weeks later we bought 2 new vehicles and it was a simple phone call and we were set up with the changes needed- customer service is Excellent here. Don't hesitate to make the change to this State Farm Office they are EXCELLENT at serving their customers!"
